TL Placements have been appointed to source a qualified Part III Architect.  Our client’s offices are located a 3 minute walk from the train station, so easy transport links to and from the office are available.

Our client is a Main Contractor and Developer that specialises in building and refurbishing commercial units, residential premises in the private and public sector as well as industrial storage units.

Due to the expansion of their client base and increase in business they are now looking to source a Part III qualified Architect who can work independently initially with the view to build a team of Technicians and Architects underneath you.

Our client is looking to recruit an Architect who can produce working drawings for the construction team.  You will need experience in producing working drawings ideally on residential projects and have the ambition to develop and drive a team forward.

As our client has just re-located to bigger premises you will be working in new, smart offices with state of the art technology.
