TL Placements have been appointed to source a Quantity Surveyor with superb career progression for an expanding flooring company who have an excellent pipeline of work and superb reputation in the market place.

Due to increase in sales this company are looking at taking on a Quantity Surveyor to perform QS duties across a broad spectrum of projects. You will report into the Managing Director and support a trainee surveyor.

Projects range throughout the UK and various property sectors including retail, residential, sport, leisure, commercial, industrial and government buildings.

You will be required to use your Quantity Surveying skills and help to set up systems that will allow the Surveying department to grow. As well as excellent commercial quantity surveying skills, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of contract law.

The ideal candidate will be expected to lead and be the first point of contact for all Quantity Surveying enquiries. Ideally you will have the ambition and drive to grow a team around you that you can manage and head up.

Candidates with drive and enthusiasm are invited to attend. You will be ideally from a Main Contracting background or have worked with a sub-contractor performing QS duties. If you have experience working on flooring projects, then this is desirable rather than essential.
