Our client are a highly prestigious and reputable company who specialise in commercial and residential agency work and one of the longest-established property firms in the East Anglia region. They have unrivalled knowledge of the local market and are growing due to their network of clients and referred business.

Due to the standard of their work, they are actively recruiting for a highly professional MRICS qualified Commercial Surveyor ideally with a working knowledge of Norfolk and Suffolk, although not entirely essential. You will play a pivotal role in moving the surveying department forward and for career hungry professionals, the opportunity of growing into Director level is a real possibility.

As a Commercial Surveyor you will demonstrate skills in Landlord & Tenant including rent review and lease renewals as well as perform valuations for loan security accounts.
