TL Placements have been appointed to source a Project Manager to join a thriving multi-disciplinary practice on the south coast in Southampton.

Our client has just won a major contract within the leisure sector which has resulted in the need to increase staff.  They are seeking a Project Manager who is “a safe pair of hands” that has the ability to deliver construction projects from cradle to grave.

You will be part of an award winning team delivering Project Management duties to a high standard on behalf of the client.  This is a client facing role so you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of working for a consultancy or within a client facing position and have the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team including graduates.

As a Project Manager you will have the responsibility of managing projects from inception to completion and must show a varied background in project experience ideally within a leisure/hotel environment, although applications will be accepted from those with experience in delivering projects within the commercial, industrial or retail sectors.  You will be co-ordinating all works on behalf of the client liaising and meeting with Surveyors, Engineers and Architects.
